Open Question: Thailand baggage...does the 100ml limit rule apply to only carry on or checked in luggage as well?

im flying from aus to thailand in a few weeks. i was reading through thai airways baggage rules and it states that all liquids aerosols and gels can only be 100mls of size & stored in clear snap lock bags. does this rule apply for just carry on bags or checked in luggage as well.... Read More »
